All our devices are originals and come with the charger. As for the box, this depends on availability. Once you place your order, we will check with our suppliers but can’t guarantee it. For sanitary reasons, we do not include earphones. 

Our company is based in UK & Turkey and we exclusively sell online. In the unlikely case you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 7-day return policy where we would be happy to replace it for free.

All our devices go through 40+ checkpoints prior to shipping to minimize the risk of short-term problems. Each device order comes with a free 1-month warranty that covers all product defects, both hardware and software. The warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer or any other external persons or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage of the device caused by force, water or any external factors. Should you require repair services for your device that is no longer covered by us, Neasden offers great discounts for our customers with expert repair partners. Fret not, we are able to recommend you specialists who will take good care of your device.

  • As New: These devices are overstocked or returned items looking for their first home. These devices might have never been used. All “As New” tech devices come with original accessories & 10 months warranty. 10/10
  • Mint: Devices in this condition have no scratches, no dents. 100% functional, tested, & cleaned.
  • Very Good: The device has very minor scratches that are hardly visible from a distance. Device looks extremely good. 
  • Good: There are some scratches which can be observed, functionality is intact – Affordable, functional and good to use. 
  • Fair: There are clear scratches and minor dents and functionality is intact – Functional and cost efficient.

world remit, Cash app, Venmo, PayPal Simply select this payment option at the last step of the checkout process. 

50% down payment and balance 50% after product is shipped out and buyer has the airway bill/tracking number.
How ever payment terms are negotiable depending on order quantity.

Should you encounter any problems during checkout or are not able to access any of the payment forms we offer, please get in touch again so that we can provide you with alternate options such as PayNow.

In the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that a S$25 handling fee will be deducted and you will receive the full refund within 14 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. 
In the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. The items will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-8 working days with standard free delivery or within 3-5 working days with the express option with an additional S$8.90
